There are many sites with fossil tracks that we can explore on this route. Our departure point is Arnedillo, where we start by visiting the paleontological site of Las Hoyas. The La Mata site is on private land and can not be visited.
Then we drive over to Préjano, eight miles away on regional road LR 115. There is no shortage of sites for viewing fossil tracks around Préjamo – Fuente Amarga, Cuesta del Peso, La Magdalena, Valdemurillo, Sol de la Pita y Valdeté are all found there.
